Booking & treatment policies
Please read this information before booking. Treatment-specific preparation and aftercare will be confirmed directly with Kylie.
Appointments
Please arrive at your agreed appointment time. As KM Beauty is a private home salon, the full address and arrival information will be supplied with your confirmed booking.
Cancellations and changes
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Any deposit, late-cancellation or missed-appointment terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Patch tests
Patch testing is required for selected tinting, lash and brow treatments. The test must be completed within the timeframe specified by Kylie before the treatment can proceed.
Health information
Please tell Kylie about allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, medical conditions, medication or recent procedures that may affect your treatment. A treatment may be adapted, postponed or declined where it would not be appropriate to continue.
Mobile appointments
Mobile services are subject to treatment type, location and availability. Any travel charge will be confirmed before the appointment is accepted.
Privacy
Personal information supplied when booking or making an enquiry is used to manage appointments, provide treatments and meet legal or safety obligations. The full residential address is shared only when needed for a confirmed appointment.
